FALSE PAPER JAM

I keep getting a document feeded jam notice but there is no jam, I have reset the printer, unplugged plugged it back in, turned it on and off multiple times onces for almost an hour, disconnected from comupter and i am still getting the same false document feeded jam message,

You might have to reset the printer.
