Hi, i recently just purchased an OfficeJet Pro 8020, and while i was trying to set it up for the first time, an error that says "Remove any jammed paper and make sure the paper tray is installed properly." persistently while it was trying to print the alignment papers. I don's understand why this is happening, this is my first time setting up a printer so I'm not exactly sure if i did anything wrong. There are no papers in the machine as i have not printed anything yet since it's the first time im even turning this thing on, there is no debris not dust since i just opened it out of the box. I reached out to one of your support people yesterday on Whatsapp but no progress has been made, somebody help.
