Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried cleaning the ADF, checking the paper sensor, opening it up and taking things apart to look for a little scrap of paper, checking the paper input, making sure every lid is closed, doing a hard reset/reboot, and uninstalling and reinstalling the newest software. Nothing is working to make the "ADF Jam" message go away.

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
