Product: OfficeJet Pro 9018
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra
We had a power outage and when power was restored and we turned our printer back on, this message came up "Document Feeder Jam". I have opened every compartment and cleaned the rollers. Also unplugged printer while on to try to clear. Nothing works. The printer is not more than 1.5-2 years old. Please advise if you know how to resolve.

Also ensure the printer has the latest Firmware
If the issue persists we can try a Semi Full Reset
