what is the possible problem when i power on the printer, there's something noise when metal tube with gear start rolling. false paper Jam.

If you have already performed the steps from the document E4 Error (Paper Jam) and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
