Hi,
For several days I'm getting a "paper jam" message on my printer, although no paper is seemed to be jammed.
I did the following (based on https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/False-paper-jam-8720/td-p/6966456😞
- Try to eject all jammed papers (none was found)
- Firmware updated
- Hard reset (which didn't seem to work, as the printer still remembers all my settings)
Please help me solve this issue.

Hi @elikbelik,
If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
