Paper Jam support page says 'reset' in case of 'false paper jam', doesn't work. Checked printer's online homepage thru IP-address, No tools available, also no link to reboot system. Simple pulling the plug didn't delete false error message.

I suspect jam sensor(s) in paper-path are stuck in place. But, where are those? How many are inside the box and what do they look like. Any tip highly appreciated.

Thanks,

ThoGF

My experience with this engine design is that often you will have a piece of paper wrapped around the fuser and it is nearly impossible to see it without taking the fuser out of the printer.
