Product: Office Jet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am getting a false paper jam issue where none exists.  i have tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling softwear,  firmware reset,  Scan Doctor etc and sometimes it works for one print and then the error comes back.  Does anybody have idea how to fix this.  I would buy new printer but I am afraid of same error.

Hello @GF48 .
Have you checked that there really is nothing inside the printer, such as pieces of paper, dried ink residue on sensors, lint, loose parts, or anything that has nothing to do with the printer inside it?
