Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premium All-in-one printer had a paper jam in the top feeder that was easily removed (in one complete piece) following the instructions on the error message. This error message, however, will not clear out. I've completed all the steps in the troubleshooting and have done a reset but it does not fix the problem. Is there an advanced reset I can do?
