False paper jam message on LaserJet Tank 2504dw

Hi,

I have a brand new LaserJet Tank 2504dw printer. Once I set it up, the I tried printing a trial page. The paper ran through, but nothing printed. So, I got a blank page. After that the printer displayed a paper jam message. I have opened and checked all the possible places for paper to get stuck, and there is nothing there. I've tried turning it off, waiting, and then back on, but still nothing. I even opened the bottom and dusted the rollers just in case. Is there something I'm missing? Is there a command to reset, or button I should press? Please help me fix this!
