Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer continues to indicate that ther is a paper jam (requesting to open it for paper jam removal and after press OK).

That is a false message; non any paper jam in there.

My friend says it is the Printer motherboard that is dameged. I have no idea.

Do you? If yes, can be changed.

Hello, 

 

I have the Laser Jet Pro MFP M227.   Now, it also has an "engine communication error"

Paper Jam removed. tried to print again. will not print shows paper jam notification
