I have a HP Office Jet Pro 8715 which displays the message document feeder jam when I select "duplex" for the scan. I have cleaned the entire printer inside and there is no paper inside nor is there a paper jam. I have repeatedly turned the printer off and back on as per the HP video instructions but still am unable to scan both sides of my document. Please advise

I understand you are facing an ADF jam error.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper jam and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
