Product: HP Photosmart C7100

False paper jam in HP Photosmart C7810 printer.  I can't see any jam but the "Clear paper jam" message keeps coming up

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a paper jam error on the printer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
