Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7921e All-in-One Printer

Hi. I wonder iff, when your printer jams, does that count towards your monthly amount of prints? Because my HP Envy has been jamming a few times depending on the amount I'm trying to print. And sometimes prints don't even come out or sometimes half printed and then fully printed. (I mainly print pictures for photobooks I'm making)
