Operating System: Other

When I go to HP assistance and then click on Fax.. The Fax Button is not responding nor does it gives an option to send fax... I can still send fax on the printer if i manually entered the fax number and feed the document un the upper tray feeder.

To assist you better, are you using a Win PC or a Mac, or a mobile device to fax?

Do you have the full-feature printer driver installed?
