Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer won’t pick up sheet of paper to print. Is it possible to find a repair shop that can fix that affordably?

That printer model is very complicated to repair. 

Check when you send a print job does rubber rollers rotate on paper in the tray, if yes then a cotton swab and alcohol clean the rubber rollers and that might fix your issues.

Thank you for your post.  I’ll check the printer again tomorrow (I’m not home). But I wonder, what if the little rubber rollers don’t rotate?  Then is the printer beyond help?

If the rollers aren't rotating it's time for a new printer.
