Product: HP DeskJet 4130e All-in-One Printer

My printer won’t print. There was a sheet of paper jammed which I have removed. There is no paper stuck in the printer but it is showing code E3 . It is constantly flashing with 2 orange lights and won’t print anything. I have tried turning off and back on.
