Ghost print of the top half on the second half of paper afte... - HP Support Community

Hi I had some paper jam a month ago and managed to clear the paper jammed in the print...removing the paper in turned bits and pieces..

after that when i print, the output no longer is a clear print.

it prints the whole page but some how it ghost print the top half content unto the second half of the paper....causing smudges and .....ugh

how can i clear this up? HELP!

the virtual assistant is totally useless!

Try reseating the drum unit or cartridge on the printer.
