Grinding noise when printing

It's not a paper jam issue but didn't have a category match.  When printing the first page of the day, or all the time when printing duplex, there is a loud, what I call grinding noise.  I have looked at all the hints and have done what I can and nothing helps.  It started when I inserted the last ink cartridge  I'm on HP instant ink.  I unplugged and did all the items on help page, but nothing works.  The noiise is really loud and doesn't sound good.

Wish HP would be like Apple.  Even if your warranty is over, they still help and don't charge.

I see that you are facing grinding noise issues with your HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-In-One Printer.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
