My printer makes a gear grinding noise every time a print job is sent to it. The sound is coming from the lower rear corner.  The printer still prints but the noise is quite disturbing. Is there a part that is worn or is there some other problem possibly?  Is there something I can check, lubricate or replace?

any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

@Shaun3d, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

It could be an issue with a hardware part in the printer. Check for any jams, obstructions, or damages inside the printer. Follow the steps mentioned in - Paper Jam Error

Re-insert the ink toners.
