The Printer is unaware of what it is printing.
Print size, including the size of the fonts and other content is controlled in the software used to construct and then view / submit the job to the printer.
If the entire content / page needs to be made larger, set the Scale of the print to some percentage of 100%.
If you are printing from the web, you can adjust the scale in the setup or by adjusting the entire view of the webpage before you print. For example: Cntrl + makes the view larger and Cntrl - makes the web view smaller.
Print > Page Setup / Scale selects the print size.
