Product: HP DeskJet 2680 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP 2600 All in one, the warranty has expired LOVE this printer.  First issue in 2 years.  I have gone all through the troubleshooting and the error code will not clear.

 

I tried to reach out to a virtual agent but I got an error code as well.  I tried to click on Buy Now for Warranty but I got a message saying this service is temporarily unavailable. 

I cleaned the rollers automatically and manually, I never had any paper jam up to the point where it was ripped, torn or anything so I am pretty confident there is no paper jam.  I am not sure what else to do.  I did shine the flashlight, reset it 3 times, unplug the power cable and the power source.  I have a bad feeling I am going to have to buy a new printer, unless someone has a better idea?  Thank you.
