My HP 4650 Inkjet printer is pushing/ejecting paper through without printing on it.

I see that the printer is printing blank pages. Are you trying to print in black or color?

Make sure you are using HP inks. Insert one ink cartridge and try printing to identify the defective one.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Check the ink levels, clean the ink cartridges, and print a test page to check the result.
