Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 color MFP M475dn

I Have a HP 475(ce863a) Printer. The Paper, Keeps Jamming Will Not Feed. Any suggestions on a fix would be appreciated. Thanks

Remove the rubber paper pickup roller and clean it with warm water, if that helps then the best solution would be to replace the paper pickup and separator roller with new ones.

Better description of the jamming issue would be useful if @Valsimot 's excellent suggestion does not resolve the issue.
