HP Recommended

Paper jammed and I am trying to follow all instructions to clear the jam.... Except I cannot clear the paper path without removing the paper path cover. I can squeeze to grab it, but it is really stuck. My husband cannot even move it. Without breaking something, that is. When I turn the printer over, I can see the paper but just barely. So frustrated after searching online and YouTube that no one else has had this problem before.
