Product: HP 6700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer will no longer feed the paper through the feeder unless I manually push it through.  I have tried cleaning the rollers with both water and alcohol with no results.  The printer shows that paper needs to be loaded but there is paper there.  It just stopped working after I had printed other documents without any problems.
