Product: HP6968

Error 0x6100004A.  Print paper jam error but jam has been cleared.  "Printer Error" but no resolution.  Printhead will not move to change the cartridges.  Power reset has been completed several times. Driver installs and firmware updates are installed. There is an old cartridge still in the printhead - but cannot access it to change it.
