HP 7134 photo tray 'out of paper'

While trying to print via 5x7 photo tray, message out of paper / load paper appears. There is plenty of paper loaded. I have tried cleaning pickup rollers etc. All software is up to date. Turned off and turned on... 

Printer is less than two years old.

Very disappointed with product.

I am sorry you are disappointed.

Not all printers support different sizes of paper in the photo tray.

Your printer photo tray might only support the smaller 4x6 inch / 10 x 15 cm paper.

Assuming the paper you are using is supported in the tray you want to use,

Right after the paper is removed and then reloaded,

Update the Paper Size & Type on the printer front panel

OR

Update / Adjust the Paper Size & Type using the Embedded Web Server (EWS) - Tray and Paper

Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)

EWS – Browser – Tray and Paper Management

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper (Management)

Select / Adjust settings for Paper Size / Type

Model Dependent:  Advanced section

Click Apply to save changes

Reminder

HP Smart Mobile requires that paper size / type is adjusted before the content is opened to be printed.
