Product: HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer is straight out of the box.  Setup the printer fine but when I loaded the paper into the tray, the printer didn't recognize the paper was loaded.  Noted the rollers were not catching the paper in the paper tray.  I've had many HP printers in the past and never had this issue.  If I open the paper tray and manually push the paper, it worked but on the one time.  It seems there is a defeat.  Any suggestions on how to fix it or where I can take the printer to be fixed?
