HP Recommended

My HP 9012 is showing a paper jam error and I have found no jam. I've tried a reset multiple times and this issue is still not resolved.  I'm not able to use any other functions because of the error. Please help.

Your printer is an HP OfficeJet Pro 9012 multifunction printer?

Have you checked the inside of the machine for loose parts, lint, pieces of paper, or things unrelated to the printer?
