Having issue with a brand new HP9015e . The feeder sends multiple sheets when printing and prints partial pages.

I've tried multiple times to reload the paper. Placed various amounts of paper in the feeder. Switched paper brands.

fanned the paper before loading. Cleaned the feed rollers underneath. Don't know what else to do .

A new printer should not require any cleaning of the rollers, it sounds like you may have a hardware fault.  I would suggest contacting HP for warranty service if the steps in the document here do not resolve the issue .

From a post by Sunshyn2005, to contact HP Support see the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number

Case number and phone number appear.

Was on with Staples tech support and HP. Both spinning their wheels. Fed up and frustrated.

The printer is being returned for a refund. Very disappointed.
