Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

 

On site we have an HP C5225 A3 Printer, we have a strange issue where printing from Tray 2 (Which we've always done) will present an issue saying "Tray 1 Jam" and refuse to print. However when I print from Tray 1 I am able to without issue. 

 

Any assistance is greatly Appreciated.

What is the exact message on the printer's screen when you try to print the printer's internal pages from tray 2?
