Please help with our HP Color Lase Jet M555dn constant Loud grinding noise starting up and print jobs. I read others in the community and took out all the toners and closed the door - noise continues. When I took out the fuser kit the noise stops. What is the solution? Can the kit be fixed, or does it need replacing? Is this the actual issue?

A better option to track down the issue is to use the diagnostics mode so that you can rotate different components one at a time to narrow down the source of the noise. If you check online you can usually find the service or troubleshooting manual that will give you the instructions.
