Hello!

The mentioned printer shows waring: M1-1013 paper jam was detected in the paper feed area of the tray.

I of course searched for paper inside the printer according [edit]. There is no paper jam.

Resetting the printer did not help. I made sure that the printer has the latest firmware (11.Aug.2022).

 

Somehow I assume: Either it is a software issue - the warning is misleading and not vanishing. Or it is a hardware issue.

The warning leads to the result, that neither printing nor copying is possible.

 

Ideas are very appreciated.  How can I  proceed?
