Product: MacBook Air notebook 2019
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

HP color laser jet printer MFP M277dw.  Showed a paper jam message, found a sheet stuck in rear of printer.  Pulled the page out that was stuck from underneath the paper tray area, got it all out, error message won't go away, keeps telling me to open tray 2 and back door, I did and no more paper is stuck and the message won't go away and I cannot print. HELP

You need to check the fuser area very carefully as you may have a fuser wrap jam. On this engine style you need to disassemble the printer to get the fuser out to remove the wrap.
