HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw

I want to start by saying I don't know the official name for any of these parts.  I was trying to figure out a printing problem for my in-laws, and I think I made things worse.  They had a horizontal yellow line and a magenta splotch showing up on every page.  I opened up the toner cradle and looked at the yellow toner cartridge.  I found a magenta spot on in and wiped that off with a spare piece of printer paper.  When I tried to print another sheet (technically, I was copying in Black and White, but these color toner bits were still showing up), the yellow horizontal line was thicker and darker.  It did always show up in the same place on the page if that helps.

I noticed that there was yellow toner on what looked like a black plastic belt that was underneath the frame that held the toner cartridges.  I tried to wipe that off, and I think I may have pushed too hard. I felt something like the structure give and couldn't quite tell if I broke it or not.  When I closed it, and it started to go through its initialization cycle, it made a crinkling sound.  I thought maybe it was part of the process, so I let it go for a while (maybe a minute).  When I opened it up again to look under the toner cartridges, there were jagged holes torn in the plastic sheet (belt?) and parts stripped off.

Is there a way to order that part, and how do I switch it out?  I could use some guidance on how to proceed.
