Hello Community, i have a HP DesignJet T120 printer which on starting always throws a error on Screen with title: Possible Meria Jam and error message “Possible jam, printer cannot continue. Remove jammed paper, review the catridges and printhead are correctly installed. Press ok to continue.” This message pops up whenever i start the printer where i can hear it moves the printhead, roll the paper spindle and then error out. Can you please help?

One possible issue I see is somehow during moving places, we are missing a multisheet tray behind the printer. Can that be an issue? Is there any way, I can bypass that and still use the paper roll as source?

You should be able to use this device without the feeder, I suspect you may have an issue with the paper path sensor that is in the paper path on the same side of the plotter as the feeder. It is called the OOPS sensor and it  might have been knocked out of position.

Thank you very much. That was indeed the issue and it fixed it. Thanks again. Now I am trying to get the roll working as it keeps saying unable to detect paper type but I will try some basic troubleshooting first and then ask a question here again if the problem persists.
