Product: HP DeskJet 2636
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer will not grab paper and providing error E4. I have attempted to clean rollers, paper traps, used new paper and shaked the printer if anything might have been stuck. When I attempt to resume it makes sounds like its attempting to reset then grab the paper move it about 1 inch then stops front rollers continue like its trying to move the paper. If I continue to use the resume button it will eventually move the paper all the way through but does not clear error.
