La mia  HP DeskJet 3760 continua ad inceppare e rompere la carta, non scende la linguetta di gomma che penso teoricamente serva a pulire le testine, per farla scendere devo aprire lo sportello delle cartucce di inchiostro e ruotare manualmente il trascinatore, quello di colore nero per capirci, finchè non la sgancia e la fa scendere, ovviamente non è detto che tutto così vada bene, perchè chiudendo lo sportello la stampante riporta in posizione il comparto di stampa e a volte la "linguetta" torna su, inceppando e strappando i fogli.
