Operating System: Chrome OS

My HP Desk jet 3637 has suddenly stopped printing.  The problem seems to be the rollers as the paper inserts at an angle, gets jammed and doesn't function.  I have tried all the suggestions I can find, including manually cleaning grey rollers (fiddly) though they seem quite clean - but the problem persists.  Any suggestions?
