Product: HP Deskjet F4580 All-in-One Printer

Hello, my printer shows up paper message(a picture show paper) with “ ! “ on top of it on the small screen. I have tried every solution and online help but couldn’t find resolution. 
printer has been not in use for several years. I have bought new ink and now I cannot neither connect it wireless which I believe is due to error message.
