Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3525
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Printer showing message 'Preparing Printer, Please wait' for 2 minutes and then stopping with error 'Clear Carriage Jam'.
I have tried all the option available on youtube but no luck.
This is old printer(4 years) and never faced such issue.
