HP ENVY 5642 FALSE JAM MESSAGES

I keep getting errors on my printer saying that there is either paper jammed (when there is no paper jam that I can find) or that the carriage is jammed (I can't find anything for it to be getting caught on)

Please help this is my home business printer! I don't have the money to send it to get fixed or to get a new one!

I understand you have false errors on the printer. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in these documents - 'Paper Jam' Error and Carriage jam or E3 error
