HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had this problem since I bought this printer. Thought it would eventually work out but it is worse. I primarily use this with glossy brochure/professional paper. The 2 small grabber rollers that initially pull the paper into the feeder do not grab the glossy paper. Grabs plain paper fine. In order to even get the brochure paper to go through I have to get a damp qtip and roll the wheels against it. That works for a little while in one session, but I have to do this every single time.

@TickledDog, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

According to the printer specifications, this model printer supports HP Glossy Brochure paper.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper

Check if the media is properly fed, refer to - Loading Paper, Cards, Envelopes

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be a hardware issue.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes, you may use this link to find the phone number of the regional HP Support team: HP Phone Assist Worldwide
