HP ENvy 7858 continues to give an error message the ink cartridge is in wrong.

The printer (1 month old) shows an error that the ink cartridge is not installed properly. I have reinstalled many times. Rebooted the printer several times. I even put 2 new cartridges in but the problem continues.

@whirlley, Welcome to HP Support Community!
If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
