Hi, please can anyone help?

I have an ENVY 5032 printer which is set to print from A4 paper.

I have loaded A4 paper in the printer, but now when printing it cuts off the top of the page, and doesn't include the 1st line of printing?

I have gone through all settings but cannot solve this problem.
