HP Envy 110 - Print Carriage Cannot Move

Hi, 

 

I have a HP Envy 110 printer and there are some error messages that are appearing on, which says "The print carriage cannot move." I have followed the instructions of how to fix it but it doesn't work. How can this be fixed?

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
