Product: HP Envy 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I just loaded fresh tri-color and black ink, the alignment test and quality print both looked great. I opened a brand-new pack of the HP Premium Plus photo paper and loaded it print-side down according to the guide (fully inserted, not bent, in between the gray paper closures). The printer then feeds the paper normally, and sounds like it's printing normally for about 90 seconds. Then it jams and no ink is on the paper. This has happened 4x in a row, also for other print jobs, not just the same photo. The printer prints normally with regular A4 paper, but this is 8.5x11 and 80lb sheets.
