HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY 4501 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I load an envelope per the diagram on the paper tray, face down top to the left, but the HP Envy 4501 prints on the back side of the envelope. I assume there is a setting selected to print on both sides and in reverse order even though the envelope is a single page document in MS Word Home and Student 2010. I cannot find the reverse order setting, and when I do find the print on both sides setting it's not editable. 

 

All suggestions are most welcome.
