Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to print photos on professional Glossy inkjet paper (255gsm), the printer starts printing but does not pick up the paper or picks it after half the printing is done and prints the lower half of the picture on the upper half of the paper. At the end the paper is ejected out with many thick lines on the back  - i presume its the ink from half the picture printed without the paper actually loaded.

 

I used to be able to print out with same paper (paper from literally the same ream) with no issues earlier. I made sure i selected the paper type also correctly.

 

if I print on a plain paper the printout comes out fine.
